Culliton Creek

Culliton Creek is located approximately 20 km north of Squamish. Culliton Creek will generate a total estimated capacity of 15 MW of power.

Project Documents Culliton Creek Description

A high elevation intake will divert flow from Culliton Creek into a buried penstock leading to a single powerhouse. Flows from the powerhouse will be returned to the creek upstream of the Highway 99 bridge crossing. A new transmission line* will be constructed from the project powerhouse to the Cheekeye substation.

*Please note that there are a number of transmission lines under consideration. We expect to be able to finalize a transmission line by Summer 2010.
