Greg Burnett, Director
Mr. Burnett has worked in corporate finance and administration for the past twenty years. He is President and principal shareholder of Carob Management Ltd., a private management consulting company. Mr. Burnett currently serves on the board of directors and is a consultant to several public mineral explorations and development companies with interests in Canada, USA, Mexico and Argentina. He has a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
Robert Fraser, Director
Mr. Fraser is responsible for developing the corporate vision and managing organizational structures to ensure the successful development of projects. A specialist in managing corporate operations, he brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the areas of marketing, project development, construction and financing. Mr.Fraser has more than 15 years of experience running successful start-up companies and was also the National Marketing Manager at Dun and Bradstreet Canada, a world leader in business information systems.
Bill Grossholz, Director
Mr. Grossholz has been a Chartered Accountant for 30 years and has a strong financial management, administration, accounting and tax background. He is the Controller and Office Manager for Syntaris. He was a founder and Chief Financial Officer for businesses in the construction, development, resource exploration and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Grossholz operated a successful Chartered Accountancy practice in Vancouver for 14 years and was a Senior Business Auditor for the Canada Revenue Agency for two years.
